The route: S7 and the Zakopianka
From the airport we take the Kraków ring road, then the S7 expressway via Myślenice and Lubień to Rabka, and from Rabka national road 47 — the "Zakopianka" — via Nowy Targ to Zakopane. Our drivers know the route and the detours, in winter too.
Weekend traffic — when to travel
Expect the most traffic on Friday afternoons (towards Zakopane), on Sunday afternoons and evenings (towards Kraków), and at the entrance to Zakopane during winter holidays and long weekends.
